Limited Lifetime Warranty
The grass we use is covered by P&F Artificial Grass from the date of installation. The warranty coverage value is determined by the purchase price of synthetic grass at the time of the original installation, exclusive to P&F Artificial Grass. This warranty is nontransferable, and decisions regarding product repair or replacement are at the sole discretion of P&F Artificial Grass.
P&F Artificial Grass Synthetic Turf Warranty covers:

Manufacturer Defect – Loss of fiber weight exceeding 20% in any year or more than 50% over the warranty period.

UV Degradation – UV stability failure occurs if the original tensile strength decreases by more than fifty percent (50%) from the product's initial installation, measured by ASTM test methods.

Occasional color differences between dye lots may occur in any manufactured product. Customers acknowledge that mow lines may appear, being part of the manufacturing process. P&F Artificial Grass is not liable for any color shading differences.

P&F Artificial Grass holds no other obligation or liability, including damages for personal injury or losses related to revenue, increased costs, downtime, and other indirect or consequential damages.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to P&F Artificial Grass within thirty (30) days of discovering the cause for the claim. It is necessary to provide proof of purchase from P&F Artificial Grass along with the claim.

The purchaser must provide the following information:

Type and quantity of infill used

Purchaser's name

Installation location

Photos illustrating the alleged product defects

The ultimate interpretation of the warranty claim rests solely with P&F Artificial Grass.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Negligence
-
Failure to register the warranty within 30 days of installation

If the installation was not performed by P&F Artificial Grass, LLC, no warranty is provided. Claims must be made through the third-party contractor.

Vandalism, fire, floods, or acts of God; normal matting; sun energy effects when magnified by glass or reflective surfaces; damage from accidents, force majeure, abuse, animals, machinery; mineral deposit buildup, chemical reactions, and neglect

Damage due to failure to maintain proper infill levels using appropriate products as per maintenance instructions

Damage caused by other parties or contractors post-installation

Damage resulting from repair attempts by unauthorized personnel

Fiber matting due to consistent traffic patterns, improper use, or leaving flat-surfaced items on the artificial grass

Fiber matting, creasing, or wrinkling due to improper product storage after transportation

Fiber degradation due to improper adhesive use
-
Weed growth around the perimeter or through synthetic grass due to improper installation methods, including insufficient weed barrier and sub-base protection.
